Friendly and helpful staff during our stay.
Despite being assigned a non-smoking room, the first two rooms had a strong smoke odor, which was unacceptable for my asthmatic daughter. We found dirty sheets with an unsettling stain. The entry door was misaligned, causing us constant frustration trying to open and close it properly.

Sheets not changed, filthy bathroom, poor water pressure!!! A definite need for cleaning and maintenance throughout the hotel. Guests should prepare for disappointing WiFi speeds and hidden fees upon check-in. Improvements are essential!!!

The room had a microwave and refrigerator, which were good to have. The hot tub was nice as well, great for relaxing after a long day. Unfortunately, the wifi was terrible, like 3.1 Mbps download speed, and there were issues with cleanliness. Definitely not what I expected for the price paid.

Upon arrival, the hotel charged an unexpected $8.50 “service fee” for using the microwave and refrigerator, which seems unnecessary. The bathroom's ceiling had exposed drywall and non-existent water pressure created an uncomfortable experience. For those needing reliable WiFi, watch out-download speeds linger around 3.1 Mbps, while uploads drop to only. 45 Mbps, which can be frustrating if you rely on a solid connection.

Friendly staff but cleanliness issues
The staff was quite welcoming and made an effort to find us a room that met our needs. However, despite the pleasant customer service, we encountered significant cleanliness problems. The sheets appeared dirty, and we found dust throughout the room. A phenomenal staff can only go so far when the room itself is not up to standard.
